June 2014 - Telefonica are a leading global M2M data provider. Telefonica have agreed to provide device connectivity for the wide range of Meta System devices that Telematicus provide as part of their overall range of solutions.

Catlin

May 2014 - Catlin are the leading Telematics Insurer in the UK and Telematicus have developed an end to end FNOL solution for reporting Claims. Testing was completed in Q2 and the solution will be deployed to their Commercial Lines Customers.

February 2014 - Aspect are the leading provider of Maintenance Services in London and Telematicus are providing Aspect with a Fleet Tracking and Risk Management Solution which incorporates both Mobile and Fixed Telematics.

Only Smart Drivers

1st January 2014 - Telematicus signed an agreement to provide Only Smart Drivers with a range of Risk Management Solutions for Motor Insurance Policy holders in the Young Driver Market. A trial with 3,000 policy holders commenced in Q2 using the full end to end capabilities of the Telematicus system, including automatic registration and for both Android and iPhone

Broker Conference - Coventry

 7th October 2013 - TRACKER were demonstrating their Insurance Telematics capabilities at the conference and Telematicus developed a "Rate My Drive" application for use at the show and for trial/demonstration purposes of "Smartphone as a Sensor"

Duke of Edinburgh 

1st September 2013 - Telematicus and Duke of Edinburgh Scheme started to work in partnership to provide relevant products for DofE participants and families, opportunities that have been promoted so far include "Covered" Learner Driver Insurance and Three handsets. 

Smart Green Drivers

23rd May 2013 - Smart Green Drivers is v2 of the Telematicus Application Framework, it has been designed with an "auto" stop/start for the Insurance Telematics Market. Additional components include automatic FNOL detection as well as closed loop text registration. In Q4 the application was published to iTunes and Google Play. 

TRACKER

7th February 2013 - Telematicus and TRACKER signed a 3 year agreement following R&D trials to develop Insurance Telematics Solutions including an entry level FNOL Smartphone Solution. Low level impact testing at MIRA on 24th May 2013 included testing with multiple Smartphones & PDA's.

4th March 2013 - Telematicus was featured in EMS World Intelligent Vehicle System and Fleet Management Technologies. The article featured just 6 companies and Telematicus was chosen for it's innovative, flexible and low cost approach.

10th August 2012 - Telematicus signed a 3 year "Teaming Agreement" with Vodafone Global Enterprises following R&D technology trials. Telematicus will work together with Vodafone on joint opportunities.

Insurance Telematics Update

10th May 2012 - Telematicus moderated the "Battle Royal for Devices" panel session with contribution from Magnetti Marelli, Viasat Group, Telenor and Vodafone. The panel were asked to contribute to the session that followed led by Generali. 

2011 EMS Safety Foundation Industry Partner Award

31st January 2012 - The Telematicus founders received a joint award from the EMS Safety foundation for helping to bring innovation to the EMS Industry, specific reference was made to GGD and iRescU. 

91st TRB Conference Washington

23rd January 2012 - The theme of the conference is Innovation and the EMS Sub Committee met to discuss innovations in technology to improve Road Safety, looking at both fixed and mobile solutions for the EMS Community in North America.

20th October 2011 - Research paper presented "An innovative approach to enhancing driver performance, monitoring, and feedback using cellular and cloud based technologies" in Orlando, Florida.

CEPA Safe Drive Partnership

19th September 2011 - As part of the 1st LATAM Telematics Update conference in Sao Paulo Telematicus and CEPA presented to over 200 people "Driver Safety Management: The Next Steps towards Safer Roads". A partnership to resell Telematicus software and services in LATAM was announced.

World Economic Forum
